What Edge records on your machine, and which source records it may report to Hub, is on Security and privacy. This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
Who we are
Common Measure Ltd is the controller for the personal data described here. Contact us at hello@commonmeasure.ai. Company details are on the contact page.
What we collect, and why
- Waiting list
- Your email address, and anything else you choose to give: name, organisation, role, the agent hosts you use, whether you have installed Edge, your note, and the page you came from. We use it to decide whom to invite to the Hub pilot, and to write to you when a place opens. Only the email address is required.
- Product email
- If you tick the box on the form, we also email you about Common Measure releases and news.
- Hub accounts
- Your email address, the organisations you belong to and your role in each, sign-in and audit records of actions taken in Hub, and the source records your organisation's edges report. If you sign in with Google, Google gives Hub your verified email address.
- Network address
- Hub uses the network address a request comes from to limit repeated sign-in attempts and form submissions.
Lawful basis
- Waiting list: handling your request for access, a step you ask us to take before providing Hub to you (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Hub accounts: providing Hub to you and your organisation (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Product email: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). Withdraw it at any time by writing to us; the waiting-list entry stays unless you ask us to erase it.
- Rate limiting and audit records: our legitimate interest in keeping Hub secure (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Retention and erasure
- A waiting-list entry is kept while the waiting list runs, including after you are admitted, as the record of your request. It is erased when you ask.
- Hub account data is kept while the account exists. Source records an organisation reports are kept for twelve months by default, which the owner can shorten; they are deleted on request and purged thirty days after the organisation closes.
- To have your entry or account erased, write to hello@commonmeasure.ai from the address concerned.

- Runs Hub (Cloud Run, London region europe-west2)

- Sends Hub email: sign-in links, invitations and admission messages
- Cloudflare
- Serves this website
Resend and Cloudflare can process data outside the UK. Ask us for the safeguards that apply. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your personal data, and ask us to correct, erase or restrict it, to object to its use, or to send it to you or another provider in a machine-readable form. Write to hello@commonmeasure.ai. We make no automated decisions about you.
